Welcome Mornings for prospective Nursery and Reception children for
We are really pleased that you have shown an interest in Overleigh St Mary’s for your child’s Reception or Nursery place in 2021- 2022.
At this time of year we would normally hold sessions for prospective families in school which would include a tour. However, we are sure you understand in the current circumstances we can not do this as we wish to minimise any possible transmission of COVID 19 and support social distancing.
We have however successfully managed to conduct several open air tours whereby you can view the school and facilities from the outside and have time to ask questions of the Head teacher and Early Years Lead.
Friday 17th Sept @ 9.30 am
Tuesday 12th Oct @ 9.15 am
Thursday 11th Nov @ 9.15am
Friday 3rd Dec @ 9.30 am
If you would like to book onto this tour please contact email@example.com. Please note you will not be allowed on site without a booking, this is due to a strict adherence to numbers being maintained for our risk assessment.
We are extremely proud of our school and the achievements of all our pupils and hope when you explore our website that you gain some insight into all of our successes.
From the warmth felt with those tentative first steps into our Reception classes all the way through to the confidence with which our children stride out of Year 6, we pride ourselves on ensuring our children are happy, capable and responsible young people who love learning as much as we love teaching them. As a Church of England school we strive to ensure a positive culture underpinned by Christian Values so all children grow socially, spiritually, personally, emotionally and academically.
We are delighted to share our recent Ofsted report from March 2019 where we received the outcome of Good. In addition we would also like to share our SIAMS inspection report from May 2018 where we received an outstanding judgement.
